A joint venture with Tianjin Construction Engineering Group in 1996 saw the formation of Sembawang (Tianjin) Construction Engineering Co. Ltd.

Earlier business developments since 1988 have reinforced Sembawang’s presence in China. Our track records span a diverse portfolio of construction projects. Sembawang has since established offices in Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Wuxi, Suzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Baoding and Guangzhou.

The company provides end-to-end construction services with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. This includes managing the overall development process before, during and after construction, liaising with the relevant authorities to ensure that projects meets statutory requirements, facilitating approval processes and a variety of other support services.
