The Punj Lloyd Executive Development  Centre (EDC), at Banmore, near Gwalior, established to strengthen the management capabilities of our managers has  evolved into a critical meeting point for business leaders across the diverse businesses and academia. This Institute aims to  nurture several innovative ideas and practices for enhancing our business competitiveness.

EDC has been the melting pot for  conduct of a variety of  learning interventions , starting with the Graduate Engineer Inductions and Flagship Offerings like the “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People “. It is a residential campus , with state of the art audio video training facilities and has a well stocked repository of  management and technical books.
